fun-run.co.uk is a focused tool for running sponsored events. It brings sign-ups, entry fees and individual sponsorship pages together in one place, so volunteer-led groups can raise more without stitching half a dozen tools together.

Why sponsored events can raise so much more

A good sponsored event brings a whole school, club or community together. Behind the scenes, organisers usually end up stitching together half a dozen tools: paper sponsor forms, a separate sign-up sheet, a donations page, and a spreadsheet to reconcile the cash.

The most common missed opportunity we see is groups putting up one donation page for the whole event, instead of giving each participant their own. Individual sponsorship pages, used well, change the maths.

fun-run.co.uk is the single, focused tool we wanted: sign-ups, entry fees, individual sponsorship pages, and one running total, all in one place.

Who we are

Built by the team behind Fundraisy

We have been part of volunteer-led groups, including PTAs, for many years. We have organised the events, counted the cash, chased the forms and worked out what was actually raised once everything was banked. fun-run.co.uk is the tool we wished we had.

It is built and run by the same team, in the same company, behind Fundraisy, the fundraising platform used by charities and community groups across the UK. fun-run.co.uk and Fundraisy are both operated by Tylney Ltd.

Fun Run UK runs on Fundraisy, so the same secure payments, Gift Aid handling and donor records that power Fundraisy sit behind every sponsored event you run here. Payments are processed through Fundraisy, so you and your supporters may see the Fundraisy name at the checkout.
