Raise more from your
sponsored event

sponsorship pages in one simple flow.
No paper forms, spreadsheets or chasing cash.
Free to set up. No contracts.
How it works
A simple process that helps you raise more
Set up your event once. Share one link. Let participants raise sponsorship through their own pages.
-
Set up your event
Add the details, date, fundraising goal, and entry fee (if you're charging one). Takes a few minutes.
-
Share one event link
One page explains the event and invites people to sign up. Send it round, pin it everywhere.
-
Each participant gets their own sponsorship page
They can share it with family, friends and supporters in a couple of taps.
-
Supporters sponsor online
Donations are collected securely. No paper sponsor forms, no cash envelopes, no chasing.
-
Watch the total grow
See entries, sponsorship and your live total as the day approaches.
End the chaos
Sponsored events are brilliant, the admin often isn't
A good event brings the whole school, club or community together. Behind the scenes, organisers often end up stitching together half a dozen tools. There's a simpler way.
The usual way
Half a dozen tools, lots of chasing
- One system for entries, another page for donations
- Paper supporter forms going home in school bags
- Spreadsheets to reconcile cash and online giving
- WhatsApp reminders to chase forgotten amounts
- Parents quietly paying the gaps themselves
- No clear answer on what's actually been raised
With fun-run.co.uk
One page, one link, one running total
- Online sign-up with optional entry fees
- An individual sponsorship page for every participant
- Secure card donations with Gift Aid where eligible
- A live fundraising total visible to everyone
- Clear records of who's running and who's given
- No paper, no cash, no chasing
What's possible
What could your event raise?
A simple example, based on a typical primary-school event. Entry fees cover the basics. Sponsorship is where the real total comes from, especially when every participant has a page they can share.
Your numbers will vary but the shape's usually the same. Entry fees give you a useful base. Individual sponsorship pages are where the big multiple comes from.
Why individual pages matter
Help every participant raise more
Most organisers pour effort into the event itself. But the way sponsorship is collected has just as much impact on the final total. Traditional sponsor forms rely on relatives remembering "later", cash being brought in after the event, and parents quietly paying forgotten promises themselves.
The most common missed opportunity we see is groups putting up one donation page for the whole event instead of giving each participant their own.
Giving each participant an individual sponsorship page changes the maths. Donations land online before the event, on the day, and afterwards. Fewer forgotten amounts. Less admin.
- A shareable link per participant straight to WhatsApp, email or social
- Supporters can leave a message of support, not just an amount
- Gift Aid added automatically where the supporter's eligible
- Receipts handled for you so no paperwork at your end
- One running total per participant, and one for the whole event
Not just fun runs
What kind of sponsored event are you running?
fun-run.co.uk is named for the most common case but the platform works the same for any sponsored challenge. The best format depends on your space, your volunteers, and how much energy your group has to put in.
Safe and straightforward
Safe for your families, simple for you
When children are taking part, their details deserve extra care. We have made that the default, and put parents and carers in control of what is shared.
-
Parents and carers stay in control
When a child takes part, a parent or carer holds the account. They decide whether to add a name, photo or note, and who to share the page with. It is all optional.
-
Children's pages are not public
A child's sponsorship page is not indexed by search engines. Only the people a parent shares the link with can see it.
-
You control your funds
Donations and entry fees go into your group's own payment account. We never hold or touch your funds.
